Inventory Control Supervisor

Urgently Hiring an experienced, hands-on Inventory Control & Materials Supervisor to lead inventory control activities and manage tools and materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on accuracy, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for Inventory Control Supervisor:

• Oversee all inventory movement, tracking, and record keeping
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate inventory needs with management
• Lead and train material handlers on safety, quality, and productivity
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure safe equipment use and compliance with procedures
• Support daily operations and cross-functional team needs

Qualifications for Inventory Control Supervisor:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work overtime as needed
