As the ICQC Supervisor - Operations, you will supervise and focus on Inventory Control and Quality Control. You will lead inventory accuracy & control: Oversees all inventory processes (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, adjustments) to ensure high accuracy and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis. Manage daily warehouse inventory operations: Coordinates with warehouse functions (receiving, picking, shipping) to track inventory movement, maintain location integrity, and ensure timely transaction processing. Supervises and Develops Team: Leads, trains, and evaluates inventory control staff while driving productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance, quality, and safety enforces company policies, audit standards, SOPs, and safety regulations while maintaining proper documentation and addressing process gaps. Drives performance through data & metrics: analyzes inventory trends and KPIs (accuracy, cycle counts, variances, productivity) and reports insights to improve performance and reduce errors.
