Location: Telford, TN

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and inventory control processes within the warehouse and manufacturing operation. This role leads inventory personnel, coordinates cycle count programs, investigates inventory discrepancies, and ensures inventory records accurately reflect physical stock. The Inventory Control Supervisor collaborates with production, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support operational objectives. This position with report to the Materials Manager.

• Supervise daily inventory control activities and inventory personnel.
• Develop and manage cycle count schedules.
• Train, coach, and develop inventory control staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping, Receiving, and Finance teams.
