Key Responsibilities for the Inventory Coordinator:

• 
  
• Process daily inventory transactions including transfers, allocations, purchase orders, receipts, and fabrication activity.
• 
  
• Maintain inventory data within the ERP system, including cost adjustments and location updates.
• 
  
• Reconcile consignment inventory and prepare recurring inventory usage reports.
• 
  
• Generate and distribute inventory reports to support operational decision-making.
• 
  
• Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• 
  
• Manage open purchase order reporting and coordinate with purchasing and logistics partners.

Qualifications for the Inventory Coordinator:

• 2-5 years of inventory processing, inventory control, or inventory management experience.

• Experience working in a high-volume inventory environment.
