Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time)


Location: Charlestown, MA
Schedule: 25 hours/week | 3 days/week
Pay: Up to $22/hour, based on experience


CFS has partnered with a leading nonprofit organization focused on conservation, recreation, and community access programs, in seeking a Part-Time Inventory Coordinator to support equipment and inventory operations at their Charlestown location.


Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities



  • Manage inventory and equipment reservations.

  • Track stock levels and coordinate inventory across multiple locations.

  • Receive, organize, clean, and maintain equipment.

  • Prepare and fulfill equipment requests in a timely manner.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and identify inventory needs.


Qualifications



  • 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, retail, or related experience.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.

  • Comfortable with light physical work, including moving and organizing inventory.
