    Job Description

    The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse and Data Center Services (DCS) operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and supports inventory control, material movement, shipments, and DCS projects.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain inventory accuracy through inventory control and routine cycle counts.
    • Receive, inspect, store, pick, and distribute inventory as needed.
    • Perform inventory maintenance and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
    • Make deliveries or pick-up equipment using the company box truck
    • Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Support DCS projects, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
    • Willingness to work early or late hours as business needs arise
    • Must have a valid drivers license (CDL is not necessary)

    Preferred

    • Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience.
    • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits.
    • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
    • Experience in a data center, manufacturing, or technical operations environment is a plus.
    • Experience in SAP is a plus 

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
    • Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds repetitively.
    • Ability to operate material handling equipment as required.
