Inventory Coordinator/Crib Handler

We are seeking an internal candidate for the position of 1st Shift Inventory Coordinator / Crib Handler. This role is responsible for managing inventory control, material flow, shipping and receiving activities, and crib operations to support production and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain organized storage areas, process material transactions, and support SC2 operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Package, log, and ship rejected materials back to dealers.
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound paint shipments and outbound remanufactured materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant HazMat room.
• Provide full support for SC2 operations and related material handling activities.
• Manage crib operations by processing material receipts, inventory transactions, and stock replenishment activities.
• Receive, store, issue, and track materials to ensure accurate inventory counts and efficient material flow to production departments.
• Process inventory reports, material transfers, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments as required.
• Identify, document, and communicate material discrepancies and non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions through appropriate channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate material movement throughout the facility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Works in a hot / cold shop environment
• PPE includes steel toed shoes & safety glasses
• Constantly adheres to all safety standards uses computer or tablet.
