Inventory Coordinator

What does an Inventory Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?The inventory clerk is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, repack/recoup broken/damaged product into good, sellable cases, deposit Items with warehouse leadership. The inventory clerk also supports warehouse operations by verifying outgoing inventory sent customers & incoming inventory returning with drivers, so all product is shipped accurately.

Job Details: Schedule: 3:00AM - 11:30am Mon - Fri. Overtime as needed and occasional weekends.Job Level: 3

Responsibilities:

Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances. Identify and communicate BRF/STO/PO corrections to inventory teamAssist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss controlProcess all inbound/outbound shipmentsManage dock schedule in transportation management systemCheck 3rd party Drivers in and out as they arrive for appointmentsComplete all paperwork for shipping/receiving department and run daily/monthly reportingManage shipping/receiving schedule on dedicated and over the road driversAccurately pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets and storing orders in the staging area when they are prepared for shipmentWrite off Goods-Process WH damages, out of date and repacksPerforms DSD driver check-in duties such as, Load Modify for load discrepancies, counts truck - product, pallets, shells, and tanks. Compares count to pending Load InRepack broken/damage product into good, sellable cases.Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) required1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience requiredExtensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP)Analytical Skills and ability to countStrong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePointAbility to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processesAbility to adapt to needs of role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of those different work areasAbility to read and interpret instructions from a computer screenAbility to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter) environmentFlexibility (Schedules, hours change with the demands of the business)
