Inventory Coordinator
Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Inventory Coordinator to support day‑to‑day inventory operations at our Gardena facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse and operations teams, and maintaining efficient inventory flow in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and reconciliations
Track inbound and outbound inventory, including receiving, transfers, and shipments
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support inventory needs
Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required
Support cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes
Ensure inventory procedures align with company standards and safety guidelines
Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Comfortable working in an on‑site, warehouse or operations environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control best practices
Work Environment
Hybrid role based in Gardena, CA
Standard business hours with potential overtime during peak periods
