Inventory Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting the operation of our wholesale fine jewelry vault. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and allocate product to the proper channels within the organization
• Receive/retrieve orders and monitor fulfillment of the orders
• Create transfer transactions of the product in our proprietary ERP system
• Maintain accurate inventory and check for any discrepancies of the product or the data related to the product

Qualifications:

• Technological proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Accurate and consistent attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload
• Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and execute tasks as directed
• Able to collaborate with and support fellow team members

Preferred Experience:

• Maintaining inventory of high-value products

Salary Information: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
