Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. Role Purpose
The Inventory Coordinator will support inventory accuracy and inventory-related processes within a manufacturing plant environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory control activities, monitoring inventory transactions, investigating discrepancies, and partnering with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy. This position should have prior experience with inventory processes in a manufacturing setting and a desire to grow within Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Hours
Standard Hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm)
Flexible hours may be required to support weekends/evenings operations requirements
Required Skills
Working knowledge of inventory control processes and inventory reconciliation
Experience supporting inventory counts, audits, or cycle count activities
Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
Ability to analyze inventory data and support corrective actions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The range for this position is $63,000.00 - $86,625.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
