Job Role

NOV is recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator to join our FM 529 facility in Houston, TX! The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced, while ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and monitor part inventories to ensure proper levels in accordance with manufacturing needs

- Notify proper departments of inventory adjustments and their effect on production

- Coordinate and manage daily cycle counts

- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures

- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures

Education & Experience Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED

- 2 years previous Warehouse experience preferred

- Experience and familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications, mainly excel & outlook

- Ability to operate both JIB and overhead cranes

- Ability to operate Class II & IV Forklifts (Hyster 50-170 & Order Picker/Manlift/Reach truck)
