**Job Summary

**

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler II / Inventory Coordinator to support inventory control, material tracking, and warehouse operations. This role is heavily focused on inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, data entry, cycle counting, and maintaining material accountability. Candidates with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and ERP systems are highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities

**

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material transactions within ERP systems.

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.

• Track, verify, receive, issue, and store materials and components.

• Accurately enter inventory and material data into computer systems.

• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management tools.

• Support shipping, receiving, packing, unpacking, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping activities.

• Read and interpret shipping documents, inventory reports, and work instructions.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support process improvements.

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

**Required Qualifications

**

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of inventory control, inventory coordination, or material management experience.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, etc.).

• Strong data entry and computer skills.

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License.
