2nd Shift
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator I to support medical device manufacturing operations in a regulated clean room environment. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, material movement, production order kitting, and supporting manufacturing operations using SAP ERP.
Key Responsibilities- Kit medical device production orders in a clean room environment.
- Perform inventory transactions, material transfers, and Goods Receipts in SAP ERP.
- Assign and move materials to production orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Support warehouse operations using pallet jacks and related equipment.
- Follow regulated manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Required Qualifications- Experience working in a clean room environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (material transfers, kitting, inventory transactions, Goods Receipts).
- Experience supporting production orders in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Experience assigning materials to production orders.
- Windchill experience is a plus.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
Work Environment- 65% 75% of work is performed in a clean room.
- Remaining work involves warehouse material handling and inventory movement.
- PPE and safety equipment are provided.
