Your future role at a glance:

Location: Middleburg, FL

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Clay Hospital

Department/Specialty: Materials Management

Schedule: Day | Full-time | Monday - Friday | 6am - 2:30pm

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Coordinate inventory and supply operations across assigned departments to ensure timely access to essential products that support patient care and hospital operations.
  • Manage specialized and non-stock inventory requests by overseeing ordering, tracking, replenishment, and returns to maintain accurate supply levels.
  • Partner with nurses, leaders, and clinical teams to resolve inventory concerns, improve workflows, and support efficient department operations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance to ensure consistent service, accurate inventory practices, and effective product management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize product availability and ensure the right supplies are delivered to the right place at the right time.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • 1–2 years of inventory, supply chain, or materials management experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology.
