Pay: $30 - $32 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• Two years of college with 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• OR high school diploma with 4-5 years of related inventory or warehouse experience
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong inventory control, data entry, and reconciliation skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer system proficiency required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inventory data for parts issued, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate inventory records, lot numbers, and storage locations
• Receive and issue finished goods into inventory systems
• Close shop packets and update production records
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with manufacturing and quality teams
• Prepare daily cycle count reports and pick-list count sheets
• Conduct routine audits for inventory and location accuracy
• Support warehouse layout improvements for efficiency and safety compliance
• Coordinate movement, storage, and tracking of WIP, finished goods, and packaging materials
• Work with inspectors on non-conforming materials and supplier RMAs
• Assist with material consolidation and replenishment activities
