Inventory Coordinator

Pay: $18-$20/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: May be required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CIS Coordinator to support daily inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination activities within a fast-paced industrial environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movement, and serving as a liaison between vendors, operations personnel, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
• Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking records
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating material shipments and transfers
• Verify inventory quantities and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation
• Support warehouse and yard operations as needed
• Work closely with operations personnel to ensure timely material availability
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
