Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)
Location: Butler, NJ

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $17.75 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday (7AM to 330PM)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare set-up tool kits using setup schedule, production schedule, and Bill of Tools CN-FR-005
• Sort returned inserts for repeated internal use and outside recycling program
• Maintain inventory to ensure that tools needed for scheduled orders are available and being ordered
• Perform monthly CNC Tooling Cost Analysis and report to the manager
• Select, negotiate, and obtain quotes from multiple Tooling suppliers
• Fill out and submit purchase requisitions for tooling supplies
• Assist employees with choosing and locating right tools

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Basic Math Skills – measuring/use of calculator
• Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook
• Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers
• Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred
