As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the warehouse point of sale system, stock inventory as product arrives, and will manage the movement of inventory to Fleet Feet Nashville locations. The person in this position works directly with store Buyers to ensure that inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. In this role, you’ll complete regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy as well as constantly manage the organization and movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse. Responsibilities:

• Receive daily shipments
• Unpack and transfer orders to warehouse shelves
• Prepare and process store transfers 5 days per week
• Manage and organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate numbers through cycle counts and physical inventories
• Facilitate proper RMA identification
• Manage and process defects
• Enter purchase orders
• Fulfill e-commerce orders and process returns
• Process UPC/SKU requests when needed
• Monitor and manage special orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Transports store transfers during Courier absences

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and deadline driven
• Collaborative and customer-centric
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and team
• Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions
• Able to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
• Capable of prolonged movement throughout the day
• Ability to safely operate company van
• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation: $15-$21 per hour

Additional Requirements: Position averages 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and use of computers. Job requires moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead. Warehouse environment includes the use of cutting devices to open or break down boxes, exposure to heights of up to 9 feet, and potentially slippery surfaces.
