We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join our reputable client in Waukesha, Wisconsin!
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for managing inventory and ensuring seamless operations? This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is eager to grow with a dedicated team.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer, math, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Experience working with inventory management software
- Proven time management skills and the ability to work without constant supervision
- Ability to work well with cross-departmental teams
Nice to have Skills:- Experience in Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving
- Forklift operation skills (training available)
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Preferred Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to inventory or warehouse management are a plus
- Prior experience in inventory management or small manufacturing/assembly environments is preferred
