Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for anInventory Coordinator to join our team in West Valley City, Utah. As an Inventory Coordinatorwith Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized parts inventory, receiving parts, and ensuring parts and supplies are available when needed. This position supports daily operations by keeping accurate inventory records, maintaining a clean parts area.

About the Role 

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update inventory records.
• Organize parts shelves, bins, and storage areas for easy identification and access.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify low-stock items and assist with reordering supplies.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities before issuing or receiving items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts room.
• Assist with locating and identifying replacement parts.
• Work with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

We Require:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to company-required limits
• Ability to work in a warehouse, shop, or industrial environment
