Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Inventory Counters - Cycle Counts

• Performs counts to the designated aisles/levels to verify accuracy of pick's inventory.
• Records findings in inventory report.
• Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

Inventory Counters - Problem Picks

• Verifies count on pick locations that created problems during shipping.
• Records findings in inventory sheets.
• Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

Inventory Counters - Available

• Uses the Available Slot report to verify that all scheduled letdowns have been completed.
• Records findings in inventory sheets.
• Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Work Experience:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic math skills (+, -, *,  /)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Able to communicate effectively
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in a Team based environment
• Able to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Bi-lingual language skill is a plus
• Good organization skills

Education:

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent

Licenses/Certifications:

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Able to repetitively lift 25lbs. to 60lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.
• Able to occasionally lift 60lbs to 80 lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.
• Must be capable of standing, walking, and squatting for extended periods of time during shift.
• Must be capable of working in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
