Inventory Cycle Count/ Forklift
Shift: 2nd, (2:30pm-10:30pm)
Pay: $20/hr. (Based on experience)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Count / Forklift Operator to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow quality and safety procedures.
Job Description:
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
- Compare physical inventory counts with computer records and investigate inconsistencies
- Review sales orders, production records, and purchase invoices to verify inventory accuracy
- Adjust inventory records and report discrepancies as needed
- Prepare inventory reports, shortage reports, and investigative summaries
- Maintain routine written reports and correspondence related to inventory activities
- Communicate effectively with inventory, logistics, and operations teams
- Assist with material handling duties and operate forklifts as needed
- Follow all quality control guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Consistent work history required
- Ability to follow safety and GMP standards
