Job Title: Inventory/Cycle Counter – Carpet & Flooring Sample Facility
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift (8-hour shifts)
Job Summary:
We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Pickers in a carpet and flooring sample production facility. This position plays a key role in preparing customer orders and assisting with inventory control. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and prepare carpet and flooring sample orders according to customer requests
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization
Verify product quantities and labels before packaging and shipment
Maintain accurate records of materials and report discrepancies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals
Follow all safety and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, inventory, or order-picking experience preferred but not required
Basic understanding of inventory and cycle counting processes a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
