Inventory Cycle Counter

The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory of materials throughout the warehouse and all associated processes. Key responsibilities include cycle counting, asset management, put away control, interim storage type clean up, expired and damaged scrap, return material processing, plant to plant inventory balancing, and inventory configuration projects. The role requires attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication to maintain accurate records and resolve inventory issues.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage team performance by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

• Monitor budgets and resources to optimize financial and operational performance.

• Report and present results to management or clients as needed.

Overtime: Be available for overtime as needed. Supervisors will provide advance notice.
