The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate physical and electronic inventory throughout the cultivation and manufacturing facilities. This position supports plant and package tracking in Metrc, inventory organization, product location tracking, inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment of wholesale and inter-facility orders.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with inventory tracking systems, and able to identify discrepancies before they become larger inventory or compliance issues.This position works closely with cultivation, manufacturing, packaging, and management to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked from plant through finished product and transfer.Core ResponsibilitiesMetrc & Inventory TrackingMaintain accurate inventory information in Metrc for assigned cultivation and manufacturing activities.Assist with tracking plants throughout the cultivation facility, including maintaining accurate plant tags and locations.Maintain and verify package tags throughout the manufacturing facility.Record routine inventory movements, transfers, batches, testing information, and other assigned Metrc activities.Verify that physical inventory matches inventory recorded in Metrc.Track product locations throughout cultivation, manufacturing, storage, testing, and finished goods areas.Perform routine inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Monitor assigned Metrc notifications and bring unresolved issues to management.Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, losses, destruction, testing samples, and transfers as directed by management.Follow company SOPs and South Dakota medical cannabis inventory tracking requirements.Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or mismatched tags immediately.Cultivation InventoryMaintain accurate plant counts and plant identification information.Verify plant tags are properly assigned and remain with the correct plants.Assist with updating plant locations and statuses in Metrc.Conduct routine physical-to-Metrc plant counts.Report discrepancies between physical plants and Metrc records.Coordinate with the Cultivation Manager regarding plant tracking and inventory changes.Manufacturing InventoryTrack raw cannabis, concentrates, finished products, packaging inventory, and other assigned materials.Maintain organized product storage locations.Track product movement between manufacturing, testing, packaging, finished goods, and storage areas.Verify package identifiers and quantities during inventory movement.Assist with maintaining accurate finished-goods inventory.Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate them to management.Order FulfillmentPull products according to approved wholesale and inter-facility orders.Verify product name, quantity, package size, and applicable package information before packing.Pack orders accurately and securely.Perform a final order check before orders are staged for transfer.Keep individual facility orders organized and separated.Identify product shortages or discrepancies before orders leave the facility.Prepare completed orders for pickup, delivery, or authorized transfer.Assist with maintaining accurate transfer documentation and inventory records.Inventory OrganizationMaintain organized storage areas throughout the facility.Ensure products are stored in their designated locations.Maintain an accurate understanding of where products are physically located.Label and organize inventory areas as directed.Assist with routine physical inventory counts.Help identify slow-moving, misplaced, expired, damaged, or otherwise questionable inventory for management review.Compliance & AccuracyFollow all company inventory, security, tracking, and fulfillment SOPs.Follow applicable South Dakota medical cannabis inventory tracking requirements.Maintain accurate and complete records for assigned inventory activities.Immediately report discrepancies, missing inventory, incorrect tags, or potential compliance concerns to management.Do not make independent regulatory or compliance determinations outside of established company procedures.Escalate questions or unusual inventory situations to the Production & Fulfillment Manager or designated compliance/management personnel.Daily ExpectationsThe Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator is expected to maintain accurate inventory throughout the workday and complete assigned end-of-day inventory able to obtain and maintain any required South Dakota medical cannabis establishment credentials.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift and move inventory and shipping/fulfillment materials.Ability to work in cultivation, manufacturing, storage, and fulfillment environments.Ability to perform repetitive counting, scanning, labeling, and packing tasks.Performance StandardsSuccess in this position will be measured by:Accuracy of physical inventory compared with Metrc.Accuracy of plant and package tracking.Accuracy of fulfilled orders.Number and severity of inventory discrepancies.Timeliness of required inventory updates.Organization of inventory storage areas.Proper handling and reporting of compliance-related discrepancies.Ability to
