What You’ll Do

• Direct daily warehouse activity to ensure efficient, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Lead, mentor, and support warehouse associates to foster a strong team culture.
• Manage inventory control practices to maintain precise counts and locations.
• Implement and uphold safety standards and company procedures.
• Partner with purchasing, customer service, and transportation to quickly resolve bottlenecks.
• Run training sessions to strengthen operational knowledge and safety habits.
• Monitor KPIs and provide timely feedback to boost performance.
• Help shape and execute warehouse strategies and goals.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/management education is a plus.
• Proven warehouse background with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong grasp of inventory systems and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
• Sharp problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS tools.
