Impact of the Role

As an Inventory Fulfillment Technician, you’ll be a key link between our shelves and our customers, ensuring orders are picked, checked, packaged, and ready to ship.

Core Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items and prepare orders for shipment based on customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and package them correctly before dispatch.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
• Leverage a warehouse management system to track inventory and order progress.
• Assist with cycle counts and restocking as required.
• Follow established safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or order fulfillment is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
