Inventory (Warehouse Associate)

About the Role

We're hiring a dependable Inventory / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping product. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory by unloading deliveries, verifying items, and storing products in assigned locations
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (as trained/authorized)
• Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry, cycle counts, and proper documentation
• Load and unload trucks safely while protecting product integrity
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve inventory discrepancies and keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
• Reliable, punctual, and works well as part of a team
