• ​KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our dynamic Logistics Center team. In this role, you will support critical material handling and returns processing operations that keep our business and our customers running smoothly. Responsibilities

• You will work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion.
  • Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes.
  • Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP systems.

  Physical Requirements

  This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
  • Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack.
  • Perform frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grabbing.
  • Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
