Description

​​ Inventory management, process delivery requests, and process improvement. ​

Essential Functions

  • ​​ Process Shipment Requests
  • ​ Create picking material lists
  • ​ Create and update delivery calendar
  • ​ Stock Management
  • ​ Cycle Counts, Pool Management, Returned Goods
  • ​ WIP Management
  • ​ WIP Review, Reconcile, Project closeout, review of projects that are 90% complete
  • ​ Lead warehouse staff in Inventory preparation
  • ​ Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the overall operation
  • ​ Other relative duties as assigned ​

Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​ High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • ​ ​ At least 3 years of experience in similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance ​

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • ​​ Experience with Microsoft Office
  • ​ Forklift certification (training will be provided)
  • ​ Good communication skills
  • ​ Leadership capabilities ​

Work Environment

​​ This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. ​
