Inventory Manager – Multi-Location (Nashville, TN) CarTronics, Nashville's leading car audio and vehicle customization shop, is looking for a detail-driven Inventory Manager to oversee operations across our four locations. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a company vehicle provided for inventory transfers. If you're organized, dependable, and like staying busy, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role that keeps our entire operation running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory across all four locations • Coordinate and complete inter-store product transfers (2 days/week)Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments daily • Pick, pack, ship, and bill website orders • Keep all inventory areas clean, organized, and easy to manage • Handle physical inventory tasks , including lifting and moving products (50+ lbs) • (Bonus) Assist with website updates or graphics when needed What We're Looking For • Strong attention to detail — you don't let things slip through the cracks • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Dependable and self-motivated — you take ownership of your work • Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Up-to-date auto insurance • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly • Must pass a background check Bonus (not required): Experience with e-commerce, inventory systems, or basic graphic/web designSchedule & PerksMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM$22/hour (based on experience)Company vehicle provided for inventory transfers • Company-paid supplemental insuranceDental coverage available • Employee discounts on products Why This Role Matters This isn't just a warehouse job — you're the backbone of our operation. When inventory is dialed in, everything runs better: installs, sales, and customer experience. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate inventory counts across all products and locations • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure data integrity • Process and track inventory transfers between warehouses or store locations • Manage and fulfill web orders, ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems accordingly • Operate inventory management software to monitor stock levels and discrepancies • Lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently as part of daily operations • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient storage area to support workflow • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards • Transfer inventory between our 4 store locations around middle Tennessee 2 days a week Qualifications: • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $22 hourly
