We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our inventory systems, logistics operations, RMA processes, and compliance-driven workflows.This is not a traditional warehouse role. We are looking for a strategic operations professional who understands the complexities of the medical device industry, including Quality Assurance (QA), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), FDA/ISO compliance, and ERP-driven inventory management.The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem solver, an advanced Odoo user, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential.What You'll Do Inventory & Asset Management Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods and company assetsPerform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliationsOrganize warehouse/storage operations to maximize efficiency and space utilizationMinimize inventory discrepancies and shrinkageShipping, Receiving & Logistics Manage all domestic and international shipping and receiving activitiesEnsure compliant handling and transportation of sensitive medical equipmentPrepare and maintain shipping documentation and regulatory recordsCoordinate with carriers to optimize shipping costs and service levelsOwn and manage the full RMA process from intake to resolutionCoordinate repairs, replacements, and product returns with technical teamsEnsure accurate inventory tracking for all returned merchandiseMonitor SLAs to ensure timely customer support and fulfillment commitmentsQuality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Conduct incoming product inspections and quality checksMaintain documentation supporting ISO 13485 and FDA compliance standardsIdentify, quarantine, and document non-conforming productsSupport audit readiness and process compliance initiativesOdoo ERP & Process Optimization Serve as the internal Odoo Inventory "Super User"Automate workflows related to inventory, stock movement, and reportingGenerate inventory valuation, forecasting, and operational reportsAnalyze supply chain data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costsDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Build scalable and audit-ready operational processesLead Lean/Six Sigma style process improvement initiativesOptimize warehouse layout, reorder triggers, and supply chain workflowsWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience within:Regulated manufacturing environmentsAdvanced Odoo ERP experience ( required )Strong knowledge of: RMAsSLAsQA proceduresInventory controlsRegulatory complianceExperience managing domestic and international logisticsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldCPIM CertificationSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltExperience with ISO 13485 Quality Management SystemsWhy Join Us?
