    Job Description

    Role Overview

As an Inventory Logistics Specialist, you will keep product moving safely and accurately across our warehouse and out to job sites. You will prepare, process, store, and transport materials while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

    A Day in the Life

You begin your shift reviewing inbound schedules. A trailer backs into the dock and you take the lead: receiving merchandise from external vendors, verifying counts, and flagging any discrepancies. You hop on a sit-down or reach forklift to move pallets to the right zones, organize inventory for easy access, and stage orders. Midday, you switch gears to pull orders and prepare deliveries headed to active job sites. When needed, you drive out to drop off or pick up equipment and materials, keeping clear records of what moved where. Throughout the day, you update logs, report damages or shortages immediately, and keep aisles clear so the team can work safely. Before you clock out, you confirm that documentation is complete and the warehouse is tidy and secure.
