Inventory Management Coordinator
Location: Waller, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Inventory & Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations and customer inventory management programs. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating deliveries, stocking products, and servicing inventory solutions at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate deliveries and product distribution to ensure timely service.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and identify inventory shortages or overstock situations.
- Install, configure, and service inventory management solutions, including Vending, Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI), and crib systems.
- Stock delivered products and replenish inventory at designated customer locations.
- Scan and process product orders to support inventory replenishment.
- Safely load and unload materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and scanning device experience.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
Work Environment:
Warehouse environment with regular walking, standing, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift.
