Inventory & Logistics Supervisor
Location: Brooksville, FL
Direct Hire
Pay: $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to lead shipping and receiving operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflow, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting production with the right materials at the right time.
What you will do:
• Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancies
• Coordinate outbound shipments and inbound materials
• Partner with production and operations to keep workflows moving
• Serve as a key user within the ERP system
• Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts
What we are looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory within manufacturing
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
