Client down the IMS Custom build feature roadmap, identify the functional building blocks from both current and future needs perspective. Steer Costco in the direction of best industry practices towards building a scalable, reliable and future proof Inventory management system. Build Epics, process flows, business requirements, roadmap & business outcomes. Collaborate with Costco's Program management for SOWs, sign-offs and weekly statuses.
