Oversee deployment of finished goods to 3PL and maintain the accuracy of inventory records for finished goods at all sites (Co-mans, 3PL and D2C). This includes necessary transactions to convert materials into finished goods, cycle count verification, physical inventory counts and data analysis. This role is also responsible for aged inventory reporting and management, including efforts to reduce aged and obsolete inventory of both finished goods and raw materials, and managing the finance tracking for our obsolete inventory accrual.

Job Description:
Oversee deployment of finished goods to 3PL and maintain the accuracy of inventory records for finished goods at all sites (Co-mans, 3PL and D2C). This role is also responsible for aged inventory reporting and management, including efforts to reduce aged and obsolete inventory of both finished goods and raw materials, and managing the finance tracking for our obsolete inventory accrual.
- Manage finished goods PO issuance and Receiving process
- Oversee accuracy and timeliness of daily inventory transactions in Netsuite
- Drive appropriate actions to manage inventory accuracy and visibility through partnership with internal and external resources
- Plan and monitor execution of finished goods transfer orders/inventory rebalancing, facilitating effective communication and follow through with Logistics to optimize on time delivery.
- Review and alert on shortage risks at location level with alignment from Lead Production
Planner/Scheduler
- Lead reconciliation of invoices with AR
- Lead and support timing and execution plan for month and quarter end inventory close
- Ensure new item set-up and BOMs are created accurately in Netsuite
- Lead the inventory accrual process, including disposition of aged product (liquidation, donation and destructions)
College Degree or 2 years work experience in similar field required.
- Must be able to communicate, read & write effectively in English
- Strong sense of urgency in matters related to the health of the busines
- Ability to do basic math
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Results-oriented and process driven
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $40.00-43.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
