Inventory Manager

Euromotors Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to join our team in Oakland, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire inventory process to ensure optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficiency. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the seamless flow of vehicles and parts, supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and parts.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and service departments to forecast inventory needs.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improve stock management.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
