Inventory & Materials Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Receiving & Materials Coordinator to support our warehouse and inventory operations. This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions while handling inventory documentation, material receiving, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is comfortable using technology, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Work primarily outdoors to support inventory and material management operations.

•           Take clear, accurate photographs of inventory and equipment.

•           Upload and organize inventory photos in designated shared albums.

•           Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

•           Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy.

•           Enter receiving information accurately into the SAP system.

•           Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

•           Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations personnel to ensure inventory accuracy.

•           Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

•           Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software and technology.

•           Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred but not required.

•           Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, or digital cameras to document inventory.

•           Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•           Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•           Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

•           Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory records.

•           Warehousing and Racking material experience a plus.

Work Environment

•           This position is primarily performed outdoors.

•           Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting are required.

•           Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety.
