What your future day will look like: - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations across multiple operating sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Partner with internal supply teams, terminals, and vendors to investigate and correct inventory variances.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory adjustments, swaps, and month-end close activities.
- Support general ledger accounting through reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and depreciation entries.
- Provide backup support for other accounting functions and assist with special projects as needed.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 24 years of experience in accounting with exposure to inventory and operational finance
- Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems, including QuickBooks
- Ability to manage month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and journal entries accurately
- Detail-oriented, organized work style with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
