Inventory Office Manager

We are accepting applications for an office manager for the Heart Vascular Institute. This position is the primary receptionist for a busy area serving patients inthe Cath lab, Non-Invasive, EP lab, Structural Heart clinic and EKG. The position will cordially receive and direct patients and respond to calls appropriately.However, thisis a multifaceted positionwhich will include a variety of office management responsibilities to support the operations of the area. We are growing and strategically considering how to most effectively streamlineroles and responsibilities. The job willevolve as we identify tasks that may be more appropriately assigned. The applicant will be thefront face of our department.We will consider those with a pleasant dispositionand the abilityto navigate difficult situationswith diplomacy whichfosters a positive patient experience.
