• $85,000$110,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our inventory management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a collaborative team to optimize inventory strategies and ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.

• Developing and implementing best practices that enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

• Analyzing inventory data to forecast trends and make informed decisions regarding stock levels.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with overall business objectives.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and spearheading initiatives to drive continuous enhancement.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory operations.

• Training and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  
  Experience Level:
  We seek candidates with a preferred experience level of 5 to 25 years in inventory management or a related field. Your background should demonstrate a strong foundation in operational leadership and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
