Job Title: Senior Supply & Inventory Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR (WHQ/PHK Hybrid, Fridays WFH)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to join the North America Supply & Inventory Management (S&IM) team. This role will support end-to-end inventory planning and supply management activities across the NA business while partnering closely with Sport leadership, Marketplace Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply Planning teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with ACG teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with startup-style energy and strong exposure to outdoor industry operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end supply and inventory planning for assigned business segments
  • Execute weekly/bi-weekly purchasing of finished goods to support business demand
  • Create and manage purchase orders while maintaining healthy inventory levels
  • Analyze supply opportunities, inventory risks, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor inventory performance using reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Manufacturing teams
  • Identify operational challenges and proactively drive issue resolution
  • Support process improvements and optimization initiatives across planning workflows
  • Provide regular business updates on inventory health, supply risks, and delivery status
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning
  • Strong experience with forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply management
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage large datasets and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems
  • Previous experience with Client or large retail/apparel organizations preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional planning environments
  • Background in apparel, footwear, retail, or consumer goods industries is a plus
