Description
Title: Inventory Planner / Inventory Control Specialist Location: Kirkland, WA Duration: 6 months Compensation: $20 - $25 Work Requirements: US Citizen and GC Holders
Inventory Planner / Inventory Control Specialist
Summary
Manage material inventory for production and development by performing accurate physical and system transactions using ERP tools.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and material issues.
Support inventory movement across facilities while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards.
Identify process improvements, document system issues, and contribute to SOP enhancements.
Train new team members, resolve operational blockers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory/material transactions.
Inventory control, material handling, and production support experience.
Cross-functional communication with Quality, Purchasing, and Operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended shifts, and work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment experience.
Experience training new employees or mentoring junior teammates.
Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
Experience documenting system issues and operational inefficiencies.
