Title: Inventory Planner / Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Kirkland, WA
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $20 - $25

Inventory Planner / Inventory Control Specialist
 
Summary

• Manage material inventory for production and development by performing accurate physical and system transactions using ERP tools.
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and material issues.
• Support inventory movement across facilities while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify process improvements, document system issues, and contribute to SOP enhancements.
• Train new team members, resolve operational blockers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 
Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory/material transactions.
• Inventory control, material handling, and production support experience.
• Cross-functional communication with Quality, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended shifts, and work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment experience.
• Experience training new employees or mentoring junior teammates.
• Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
• Experience documenting system issues and operational inefficiencies.
