CNC Machinist – Commercial Cabinet Manufacturing

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our commercial cabinet manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC machining or woodworking experience who takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC routers to produce commercial cabinet components

• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists to understand production requirements

• Load, position, and secure plywood, MDF, laminate panels, and other materials

• Select and install tooling and verify machine settings before production

• Run CNC programs and make adjustments to ensure accurate cuts and dimensions

• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

• Identify machining issues and communicate equipment or program concerns

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance

• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized

• Work with the production team to meet deadlines and reduce material waste

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience; CNC router or cabinet manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements

• Familiarity with CNC controls, tooling, and machine setup

• Comfortable using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable with good attendance

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
