Essential Functions
- Lead team to receive and record new stock.
- Train, motivate, assign duties, and review team performance.
- Ensures stock is available on time and that there are no obsolete parts on shelves.
- Ensure the proper fulfillment of the kitting process.
- Supervise purchasing clerks and ensure on time purchasing of materials needed for production.
- Provide reports to management as needed.
Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
- 5+ years' experience in logistics and preferably contract manufacturing
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Good computer skills
- Past ERP usage is a plus
Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
- This job operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.
- Acute attention to detail is required.
- Requires frequent communication of part information with team members and other members of production.
- Requires lifting parts, tools, and boxes weighing up to 30lbs.
