Inventory Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
The Inventory Quality Control Inspector is responsible for maintaining quality standards for products entering and leaving the warehouse. The primary objective of this role is to ensure inventory meets company quality requirements and is suitable for fulfilling customer orders. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by identifying quality issues and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform inspections on products received into the warehouse.
- Accurately enter inspection results into the company database.
- Ensure quality products are available for warehouse and production teams to fulfill customer orders.
- Report recurring quality concerns and newly identified issues to the Quality Manager.
- Conduct routine inspections of inventory stored throughout the warehouse.
- Investigate and inspect products related to customer complaints.
- Remove non-conforming products from warehouse inventory and related systems as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Willingness to be trained on warehouse equipment and machinery.

- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be subject to varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust, and other environmental factors.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a large warehouse setting and may involve exposure to temperature fluctuations, dust, mustiness, and other warehouse conditions. Employees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
