Pay Rate: $17.13 per hour

If youve got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this Inventory Quality Control job in La Vergne has your name on it. Youll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

The Skills You Need

• High school diploma, or GED
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to count and recognize products
• Problem-solving skills: able to analyze situations, including the ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity, and suggest improvements
• Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
• Able to adapt to changing job requirements

• Auditing product and/or information for accuracy against existing specifications/requirements
• Recording and reporting discrepancies found
• Resolving product and/or assembly issues
• Supporting the follow-through of discrepancies to find root cause
• Supporting the Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) process we will train you!
• Supporting the First Article (FA) process we will train you!
• Providing support for all activities in the QA department
