Inventory Reconciliation Associate

Join Millennium Print Group as an Inventory Reconciliation Associate!

We're looking for an Inventory Reconciliation Associate to join our team in Cary, NC. If you're passionate about inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and supporting manufacturing excellence, this is your opportunity to work on products enjoyed around the world.

Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based)

What You'll Do

  • Process End-of-Job (EOJ) inventory activities and material reconciliation tasks
  • Count, inspect, sort, and repack production materials returning to inventory
  • Perform inventory counts for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
  • Record inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory documentation
  • Apply License Plate Number (LPN) labels and prepare materials for warehouse storage
  • Consolidate inventory and organize materials for efficient storage
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
  • Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedures

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related environment preferred
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, or material handling preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to accurately count, reconcile, and document inventory
